what do you wish for?

A revolution or an evolution? In the context of the workplace, revolutions can take place at an organisational, category, brand, team and/or an individual level. It could be strategic or tactical. Equally, it might be that a small evolution is what you are seeking rather than a big revolution. You might know what you need and you might not – get in touch regardless. The language of wishing is powerful. Just start with an “I Wish…” and complete the sentence. A good start to work towards that end.
